Prince Caspian DVd out on December 2nd!

Thanks to De and Absolutely Anna, we finally know that Prince Caspian DVD will be out on December 2, 2008! Here you can see the DVD/Blu-ray cover and another cover I found on the net. I really don’t know if it’s just a fanmade, but I think it’s beautiful anyway. Here’s also the exclusive content of the DVD:

  • Audio commentary with cast and crew members
  • Behind-the-scenes documentaries
  • Deleted scenes
  • Interactive games
  • Outtakes
  • BD-Live functionality

EDIT: I’ve tried to find out something more and I think that the cover on the right will be the cover of the DVD-Rom, which is of a lower quality than the Blu-ray disc, of course. Here are the extras available in that version:

  • Retun To Narnia Making Of
  • Directors Commentary
  • Theatrical Trailer
  • Extended and Deleted Scenes
  • Enhanced DVD-Rom Content

My thoughts about Prince Caspian

First of all, I’d like to wish all of you a…Buon Ferragosto! I really don’t know if this occasion exists in your country, but here in Italy, it’s an important day. In this post there is no William news, I just want to write some of my thoughts about Prince Caspian movie, which I finally saw in cinemas yesterday. I had planned to go at 9.00 pm but when I arrived the show was already sold-out, so I had to wait for the next show at 10.30 pm. The ticket was much more expensive than usual because they used a particular technology. I really don’t know so many things about that, but I can assure you that the video was very high quality! I must say that I felt home, because I was surrounded by tons of posters of the movie =) The movie was really thrilling. I had alredy saw it in English but in Italian it’s completely different. Of course in English I understand most, but not everything. I think that William and Ben were very good in their roles, and Georgie of course. In my opinion Edmund was left a bit in second place in this story. I think that this movie can touch you more deeply than the first one. Then there are the things that everyone talks about, like battles and bla bla bla...I was really sorry because the characters had different voices than the first movie; everyone except Peter. By the way I’m 100% satisfied. Outside the cinema there was a very huge poster of the movie: I wanted to take a photo of it but it was too dark. I also saw other 3 big posters in the front door but I could not take a photo of them either because I had to overcome 5 stairs and, as some of you may know, at the moment I’m in a wheelchair. Uff.
